What are the wristbands made of?

WBPromotion.com manufactures wristbands only 100% silicone, unlike the flimsier and lower-quality rubber bracelets offered by others. Our wristbands are manufactured to the EXACT specifications and quality of the popular LiveStrong wristbands.

What is your minimum order of wristbands?

The minimum order of wristbands are 100 wristbands. The minimum quantity is set because of such low prices we are offering on the wristbands.

Is there a mold charge, setup fee, or any other hidden fees?

No. we do not have a mold charge, setup fee or any other hidden fees. In addition to the lowest pricing in the industry, we also offer the best quality and a 100% customer satisfaction.

Can my order be split into different colors?

Yes, you can split your order into different colors for a additional cost of $10 per color.

What colors can I choose from?

Our customers are pleasantly surprised by the amount of options that we offer. Our color chart features over 750 different colors. And if you do not find the color you are looking for then please call us at 1-866-389-5890. Also we can match ANY color from ANY color chart.

Can I put a logo or emblem on my band?

Yes you can and it can be sent in the following format: JPEG, GIF, PSD, BMP, TIFF, PNG, EPS.

What sizes are available?

Click here to print actual wristband size Toddler: 6.0 inches – Used mostly for very young children. Youth: 7.0inches – Used mostly for kids and young adults. Adult: 8.0inches – Used for teenagers and adults. * Custom sizes can be made upon request.

How many characters fit on a band?

We can use the front of band for 20-24 characters depending on the style of font and also back side up to 20-24 characters.

What happens if there is a mistake with my order?

We will do everything in our power to make sure your order meets your specifications and time requirements. Should a problem arise with an order, our sales executive will do everything he/she can to create a solution. If there is any issue on order received then it has to be registered and informed within 15 days of receiving the product. Later than this no complaint will be entertained.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If your order is not in production stage then we will be able to cancel the order without any charge.

Do you ship outside the US, to APO/FPO addresses, or to a PO Box?

We do ship wristbands worldwide, but unfortunatly we are not currently accepting APO/FOP and PO Box addresses.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax for all purchases shipped to Texas addresses unless we have a Valid Resale Tax Certificate or a Tax-Exempt Certificate on file prior to you’re placing an order.

How can I track my order?

In footer please click track order. From there you can enter your order number and your E-mail address and one of our sales representative will reply back to you with the status and tracking number of your order.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Ameican Express. You may also pay with PayPal. Company and personal checks are also accepted. Purchase orders are accepted for schools and certain non-profit groups.

Can we split sizes and still receive the same price break?

Yes, you can split the sizes of wristbands, but there will be $40 mold fee.

How long will it take before I receive my wristbands?

It takes 10 days free production and 4 days free shipping (total of 14 days), unless if you choose to expedite your order.

I just received a customs bill - What do I do?

As part of recent regulatory changes, the government has introduced new tariff policies affecting imports from specific countries. These changes may result in additional customs duties being applied to certain shipments. Consequently, shipping carriers may require recipients to settle these duties before releasing the package for final delivery.

If you receive an email from a shipping carrier requesting payment for customs duties on your tracking number, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the link provided in the email/SMS from the shipping carrier.
  2. Confirm that the tracking number matches the tracking details previously shared with you by us.
  3. Proceed with the payment of the required duty amount.
  4. Download the receipt or take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
  5. Email the receipt or screenshot to us at sales@wbpromotion.com for processing reimbursement.
  6. For shipments to the USA and Canada, we will cover the full cost and process a refund within one business day, using the same payment method you originally used for your order. Please note, it may take up to five business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

For shipments to countries other than the USA & Canada, recipients are responsible for paying customs charges at actuals, and no refund will be provided.
